Digital Download of a high resolution China Chinoiserie mural.
Panel 11 of 15
You will not receive anything in the post.
This listing is for a digital download only. You will receive a link to download a Jpeg image that is about 7MB in size. Once you have downloaded your image you can then save it to a suitable file on your computer ready for printing.
The size of the print is about A4 in size (8 1/4" x 11 3/4") and so can be printed on any main UK standard paper. If you want a quality print aim for a heavier weight of paper. I like to use 180gms but anything less than this will be fine.
The resolution is excellent and so you can reduce and increase the size without loss of detail.
The mural, in total, is made up of 15 panels. You are purchasing one panel. Unfortunately I am unable to list all the panel in this listing but the others are available on my website.
Each panel will join seamlessly to the next and so if you are printing A4 pages then panel one will join with panel 2 and so on.

I sponsor a young person who is living in Bangladesh. 50% of the proceeds from the sale will go directly to them. For more information please continue reading:
50% of sales for specific items support a young person in Bangladesh. The average monthly wage in Bangladesh is around £150 for a "lower class" family and around £250 for a "middle class" family. On this sort of income most things that we take for granted, they do not have and will never have unless their curmstances change.
I have chosen to support one person in particular. Mozammel. His story is written below if you wish to read more about him.
Mozammel Haque is 23 years of age. He was a very young child when he was taken to a school and left there. He saw his parents once a year. The school was a free school but unlike any type of school that we have here in the west. Growing up he did not have his parents with him and so he lived with famillies who would offer to feed him and give him a bed and in return he would teach their children what he had learnt that day in school. He had very few toys and certainly no meaningful adults in his life to turn to when he was sad or having a bad day. However Mozammel was fortunate. Despite these difficulties he was bright and good at learning. He did well at school and when he was older he managed to get funding to go to college to study. He would have loved to have continued his education to degree level but the funding was unavailable and so he returned to his family in the hope they could suport him. As you can imagine his mother and father could not afford to support him and showed no love or kindness towards him. And why would they now? He had been rejected by them all his life so when he returned home after his years of schooling he found hostility and rejection. They simply didnt want him. In his attempt to gain affection from them and conform to their traditions and beliefs he agreed to have an arranged marriage (something that he argues is part of his culture "but what could I do" he said "it was expected of me. This is the culture of my country and my family. It is not so easy to follow a different path"). After the wedding, despite doing what they requested, his parents continued to reject him and so he had no choice but to leave home and was destitute. His wife (19 years of age) returned to live with her parents.
It is my hope that I can support Mozammel and help him in his life. We have already made some great progress. He now has a small apartment which is clean, safe and dry and has water and electricity. The walls are plastered (as oppossed to bare brick or corrugated metal). We are slowly providing the means to furnish it with the basics including a bed, fridge (a huge luxury) and essentials and set up a small online business. Mozammel is computer literate and speaks English.
Mozammel is a genuinly lovely, outgoing guy who just wants a good life and escape the poverty that is around him. If I can help him it might not change the world but the world will change for him.
With the sales of some of my items 50% will go directly to him. If you wish to support him further I have a special listing on my website for donations. Any amount will make enormous difference. Thank you
Ali
